Why is this? ;D

I think there is some sort of campaign running which gains you some extra tokens, and/or propably you have paid in the past a few times also?
Means you might have a bonus in there.
With my first account I�m sitting on a platinum account, what actually means I get quite a bonus when paying. I think you can check your account-status on your startpage.
This game keeps addictive and I myself have been out for several times, but I also have allways returned later on to start playing again :)

So, I just got an itch to return after, shall we say, a rather prolonged absence and was rather sad to see that we�re finally heading towards Ragnarök. Now that the clock is ticking I�m inclined to put in some money to give this old classic of a game some of the attention it deserves, but unfortunately me and Payey-Paley isn�t on the best of terms.
Are the other transfer methods removed nowadays? I would be pretty fine with the good old money-in-a-letter variety.

I�ve just renewed my membership. Purchased the $9.99 one but nothing has registered on the server, even though the payment went through. Closed the window. Logged out then in again. Checked the startpage. Nothing.

Don�t freak out. Some banks put online payments in "quarantine/reservation" for 1-3 bank days. I�m not exactly sure why I�ve heard it has something to do with validating the recievers account. Don�t quote me on that.
It�s happened to me, and if you look through Payment Questions you�ll see it has happened to others too. I would wait atleast 3 weekdays before worrying.

I checked my PayPal and it was showing as uncleared with a note stating that it could take up to 7 days to do so. PayPal also won�t accept my new bank card either, so I had to use the old one. Maybe that�s the problem.

Yep that�s most likely the case. Until Paypal sends your bank a recipt/basis laying claim to the money they wont actually have left your account even though the payment "went through". They�ll stay reserved for paypal until then.

Just made a payment for $3.99 for 27 Tokens +50% bonus for my Diamond account. Paypal transaction was successful, the W2 window opened saying that my payment had gone through and that my tokens would be added the next time I logged in or clicked the "Startpage" option, which I did, and it said no new payhment found. So I logged out and logged back in again; same result.
Can a GM get in touch with me as soon as possible to resolve this unfortunate matter. Thank you.

I�m getting the same thing although I�m quite sure I know the reason in my case.
Check your bankaccount to see if your payment is "Reserved". In some cases (like mine) the bank can reserve the money used in the transaction for 1-3 days until Paypal sends them a recipt/basis laying claim to the reserved money. Maybe that�s the cause of the problems in your case too.

My Full Membership has ran out mid-September, and I just recently came back to the game.
When I tried to add the $15 option to my PayPal account and pressed �Pay Now� it denied me my card.
I know I have funds in my account, so what reason could there possibly be?
(I also have no other form of payment available for where I am(England), and sending money in the post is too dangerous).

We got this new weird thing in Sweden called Wywallet...
I�ve sent 3 sms�s and it only states "Thank you for your order" but not getting any tokens.. first one i sent, i got an sms from my operator aswell stating i have to use this Wywallet thing. when i installet it, i tried again, got same msg, then i tried doing it Via the app.. got same message.
Afraid it will take 3 payments now instead of 1?..
Anyone know how this works?

Ah, its something weird, apparently you dont have to use it, and the error i got was because i had a large S instead of a small one, but Zak fixed that :)

I made a payment through paypal, that for security reasons they took from my bank then held it in an account. When i phoned them to sort it out they said they were going to send the money to evol with an e-mail to say that i had paid. The money was taken from my bank, and from paypal but i haven�t received any tirns or notice to say i have paid when i am 20.00 usd out of pocket? Help would be greatly appreciated

Well actually I imagine it�s because of what I�ll rant about now.
So like normal when i get "feeling" to play this game again i paid first without logging in so i don�t lose.. err this time about 100-130k turns.(i think)
But even though i paid i lost the turns due to the new system.
And its not like i�m abusing the system or something i think i was at like 144 turns a day or something when i got back.
It�s just that when i play w2 i play for a few weeks then i forget about it.
So the reasons for this change would be nice.
Since the way the system is now I�m not even sure if i�ll ever make another payment. I guess time will tell xd.

The main reason for the change in the payment system was to allow people to more easily translate real world money to in-game bonuses that are not just paid days or exchanging paid days for turns (via the old exchange system). It is now possible to spend your money directly on potions, gold, and some potentially extremely good items.
I do not think that getting rid of the option you were using was specifically a target of the change, but if it is the case that you were getting full turns you for days did not pay for then getting rid of that avenue for abuse was a beneficial side effect.

I agree if the game was not near dead your logic would make sense.
But this setup bums me out alot seeing as I�m a very very casual w2 player.
And who knows this change might turn away even more oldies.
Personally i dunno if i�ll ever make another payment again. Time will tell i guess :)

The system has actually always been like that, if you login every day, you get your turns, the payment is like a subscription over time, turns for each day is collectable that day or similar. waiting more days is a bonus.
The new system makes it easier to buy just a few days and play for a wile, save your tokens and come back later. So as I see it its better now than it was before, That was my intention at least.
