I have 2 of part 2 of the Strange Device. I got both the same way. Does anyone know if this is intentional? Is there any point in hanging onto both? Should I sell one?

Finishing the Strange Device is one of the more worthwhile things you can do as the usable item you get persists after being reborn.

How do you improve your joustingskill, apart from the jousting range in the Gorgon Hills and the Ancient Plains?
I know you can also joust 1-on-1 with other users and if you defeat an opponent with higher JS yours will improve.
Any other way?

Not sure, I haven�t spent much time there, I have a bad habit of dying there :P There is a archery trainer there at least.
I´ll do some adventuring there to see if I can find anything, thanks for the tip.

A potion to increase joust? That is new to me. I´ve been able to make potions for teleport, command, healing, poison and timeboost but never joust.

I think Yngvy means the letter-potions, so walking around places were you can find thoose, might be a nice way to gain a few points.
but I also noticed you took up my hint.. ;-)
If there�s an archery guy on last outpost, then I think I was wrong and propaly not a joust-trainer then.

My memory and notes are not good.
I am missing heimdal and secret blue rune
I have 14 runs with everyone but titan.
I will finish 14 runs with titan
I also have 56 royal notes
If I complete the 14 runs. It would be enough for get heimdal?
I don�t remember if I will need 15 laps each.
My strategy would be to go 13 and save a lot of one thing special and go 14 titan with a lot of these and then get heimdal
Maybe I should start save from 12 but I as I said I forget all numbers

And I know the blue is very special
But I dint remember if 14 laps or 15 laps I will need.
It is going to be a lot of money but the problem is the other limitation of special items.

Found the Quest! But daaamn, those Frost Giants are hard to kill :( I would say that my current stats are pretty good, but I have only been able to kill 22 of 40, and I dare to say that I was properly prepared.
Any hint on how to succeed with this task?

This is a tough one for sure.
Here�s a few things you should do:
*Get a Max Poison Potion
*Summon a Veteran Assassin
*Summon to get Holy Attack(?)
*Get a Commander (25 extra battle rounds)
*Max out your companions with Titans from Cloud City. Get them max Loyalty / Bravery if they dont have it.
Re-up bravery while your timed Buffs are active if you fail, and then go again until you hit 5% Poison dmg from Turtle dragon

the other thing you can do is to combine itens to create powerfull attack weapons with the name of the god that loves to attack.
Or look for the teaser weapons to see if has anyone with the name of the god there. I dont remember if has.

Heya everyone. I still need some more hints on this :) My strenght is now above 21000, I´ve maxed out my exp, spent A LOT of turns adventuring in both Secret Mountains and Cloud City in search of the quest.
Better jousting skill was mentioned earlier. I´m having a hard time to boost that any more. Any hints?
Anything else I should try to improve or do differently?

I can�t actually remember. I do know that I was at it for too long without success myself. And then all of a sudden I got the quest.
I believe it has something to do with your actual strength. Whether you get the quest in Cloud City, Secret Mountains or possible any zone I dont know. But there�s a quest to slay Frost Giants up in the Cloud City atleast. That�s where it ends. I dare say it�s one of the tougher fights you�ll have unless perfectly prepared.

Thanks for you input.
I currently have 95700 BP and 9200 strength, and this is more than I´ve ever had before. I´ve spent countless turns/gold/pp�s/etc trying to build my warrior as strong as possible. I really dont have any clue on how to raise the numbers any more.
I´ve spent 10�s of thousands of turns adventuring both in the Secret Mountains and Cloud City trying to find the quest, and at least as many turns praying at the stone circle for hints.

I honestly dont know what stats you need to get the quest. I think I had +20k strength when I got it, but I also dont know if that�s necessary. I�m gonna get some items over the next few days, if I find any with high strength I�ll put them up on the auction house for cheap that you could use temporarily

I was stuck on Thors Blue forever too. I tried everything and anything hinted by the clues. As far as I remember you only needed to be strong enough for the Quest to show up. I was in Secret mountains I think, but dont know about specifics anymore. Its a Quest to stop Ragnarök.
Balder is also one of the ones I dont really remember specifically but I think you need to Travel from one corner of the world to the clouds and land in opposite corner without spending a single turn. Something like that. Mix around with that clue and

As far as the Rune of Secrets goes just visit the Stone Circles and do the trials like you did the red one after you have all blue, only find The Secret Perchment 10 Times in a row (Will increase difficulty each round until a crazy amount of 512x difficulty)
Traps and dragons will cause insane damage during the final round

GL! The last round is quite insane. Fairly sure Blue Rune of Asgaard saved me 10 times in a row with 1 HP trying to make it through the last part
