tmis is mainly for gm i tried to send a payment through paypal about 4hrs ag but my account page came up instead of the normal payment page so i typed in the email it had think it was elvis@evol orsomething like that will a payment go through or have i lost money?

Hi there,
I payed through plusgiro some days ago (excluding weekend), but nothing has happened. Now I noticed that instead of writing "Warriors id 217514" as a message which I am supposed to, I instead wrote only "217514". As I see it, it shouldn�t be much of a problem to interpret it, but since it might be a machine that actually fixes these things I would like to mention it here.

People say That errors seldom comes alone..
the 50% bonus klicked ofcourse as it was a fix on another fix:)
I have fixed that*hee* with another fix that will give you half your payment again and 50% on that half. this means alot of more tokens for you who did payments this last days!

been some years since i played the game but now im back and saw that the fast tel. paying method is gone and so i used my internetbank and Paid 200SEK to your postgiro. This happened friday 27/8. Now i just wonder how long time i have to wait for the payment to be registered so i can play the game?

If you check the startpage, the page with news and mention of tokensshop you will see that your payment has arrived a long time ago and you have "tokens" on your account. the amount of tokens you have can bee seen on the frontpage.
the tokens can first be used to buy days, when you have bought days and are a premium member, you can use them to buy alot of fun stuff:)

It can take up to 10 days if you are unlucky with weekends and stuff like that.. but sometimes alot faster as you probably noticed by now;) I just entered your payment into the paymentserver.

another question about that payment.
Thank you for the answer and I was abit to quick to ask the first time as I saw that it was written on the paysite.
But i was wondering why I didnt get any more days on my account only tokens?
Payed 200SEK a few days ago and now i got about one and a half week worth of playing?

The token system was introduced earlier this year. You have to "buy" more paid days with the tokens you get from your payment. You can find the buttons to do so on your startpage.

The good thing with having "tokens" is that you can make a payment today and use your tokens to buy 15 days, play them than wait a week until you use the rest of your tokens.. or you could use your tokens to buy other fun stuff within the game.

I think you meant 30 days, there isn`t an option to buy 15 days unless you have exactly 15 tokens left.

I`ve mentioned this before but not in the public forum. I thought it was fixed but it isn`t.
My account has expired and I logged out to use the speed bonus. This gives you the option to pay for approx 30 tokens and get a 50% bonus if within 30 minutes.
I logged back in after my payment and this is what I got...
PAYMENT FOUND
(You get 50% more than you payed for because of the SPEED bonus! you have also gained 1000 extra turns!)
(You get 50% more than you payed for because you have earned yourself a DIAMOND account)
+5% on your payment for your profilepicture
As a bonus, you have also gained 265 extra Turns.
A Royal note was also given to you.
53 Tokens has been added to your account, use them in the tokenshop below.
I`ve asked the GM before and he told me bonuses are added on top of bonuses, but I`m going to do the maths now as if they aren`t.
So I paid for approx 30 tokens. Then got a 50% speed bonus, so that`s an extra 15 tokens. Then I got my diamond account bonus which is also 50% so that`s another 15 tokens. There was also a 5% bonus for my profile picture, that`s another 1.5 tokens. OK, lets round down and see how many I should have got. 30+15+15+1 = 61 tokens. So even on the least generous system I`ve been short changed by 8 tokens.
Now I`m going to work it out how the GM told me it was worked out. 30 tokens, add the speed bonus is 45, then add the diamond account bonus is 67.5 then add the 5% bonus is 70.875. So about 71 tokens in total, which means I`ve been given 18 tokens less than I should have done.
I think we either need to adjust the bonuses or the maths on how many it gives you.

i can give you the code if you want too look over it calundra, we can discuss this over msn if you like.
i think the general error is in the beginning, how many tokens you get to start with. but we can discuss that with the code under our eyes..
you cant pay for aprox 30 tokens, you pay for aprox 23 tokens.. if you use that with 50% on 50% and then 5% you get 54 tokens..

Found your error!
its a typo realy, for none premium that once was premium, it said 60 tokens, double up, when it should be 46 tokens, (ursualy 23 tokens)
I have forgotten to change that, the message are written twice in the code..(bad.. i know, but quick:))

OK, it is still wrong, but this time I know it is a typo.
"If you have paypal, just hit the button below, this payment will only costs 4 usd and it will give you aprox 46 tokens! (usually 23 tokens!)"
But it is a 50% bonus meaning that you should get around 35 tokens (23*1.5=34.5), which I think you do. If it was a 100% bonus then it would double as the text suggests.

Telepayment was removed due to the fact that to fiew users used it and because it was so expensive.
In the and of each month not a single penny was left for the game, everything whent to pay for the telepayment :)
Sadly it will probably not be back again. Unless someone find an extremely cheap provider.
I think this was covered in a monthly mail a while back?

I�m new to this game, and i think i might spend a few bucks for some more game time and whatnot. But i have a few questions:
1: On the startpage, under the note of "Templars..." there is a mention of a 3000 turn bonus for first time payments. I cannot find any other mention of this on the payment section.
2: Royal Notes - is it correct that i only get these if someone who has used my referral link pays for the game, but not if i pay for the game myself?

You get varying amounts depending on how much you pay at a time. I know you can get 1 and 3, maybe it�s also possible to get 0 if you choose the lowest option. I always run out of days and go cheapo with the payment offer you get when you log out, and I think I get 1 for that payment. x)

Hmm, thats odd - i used the option i got when logging out, the one where you get an additional 1000 turns. If you get a Royal Notes when useing that, i think i should as well.
Does anyone know if there is a support function where i can get in touch with a Mod and ask about this?

Send an email to [email protected] and explain the situation to the game master himself. He checks the forums from time to time as well, but your best option is email.
However, I do think that there is a lowest amount to pay to recieve a royal note. Otherwise, people could just send in minimal amount just to collect notes upon notes.
Welcome to the game! Now that you are a premium member, a good suggestion would also be to check out a clan, which can offer healing and some other stuff, besides clanmate to talk to. Jsut ask around in the clan forum. =)

checked this one and its odd that it clicked for you.. i have checked the code and made some adjustments, it seems, that for the first payment, when you get the 3000 turns extra it sometimes fails on the royalnote part. but it does not say anything about a royal note if it fails.. but still. you should have one ofcourse :)

When I read the logout page about the bonus it says "You will get 45 days more or less with the 50% extra bonus" and this is what I read upon login:

Not sure what the message normally gives, but till when is your "account payed untill"?
If that is been payed till 30th of Januar, you did get the 50% extra bonus, that only isn�t mentioned in the login-text
Silver account -> the next time you pay for 30 days, you�ll get 33 days!
