Hi, everytime I log out it says to SUBSCRIBE AND GET BONUS DAYS (122 days for 75 SEK) AND TURNS (1000t) if you sign up within the next 30 minutes.
My concern is that everytime I log out it says the same thing. Is this false marketing or correct info? I am really thinking of signing a few months now as I reached level 50 and only get 20t/day but I want to know if what says on the log out screen is true or not.

My account jumped into free for a day, so here�s what the logout offer gives:
(Not sure about the 30 minute deadline, see below answers)
PAYMENT FOUND
(You get 50% more than you payed for because of the SPEED bonus! you have also gained 1000 extra turns!)
(You get 30% more than you payed for because you have earned yourself a PLATINUM account)
As a bonus, you have also gained 200 extra Turns.
(you will only get new days for payments lower than 6 months in advance(To 2010-01-11) after that you will only get the turnsbonus..
A Royal note was also given to you.
40 days has been added to your account.

It�s there if you use it, don�t know if it�s limited to 30 minutes after you log out. If you want it again you can just log out again :) Basically it�s an offer to all non-paying members, might be better to advertise it as such. Paying members do not get the offer. The offer does work and is a lot cheaper than paying regularly.

Well, the "30 minutes" thingy always show up, so that�s not correct. BUT, you do get the bonus :) So the offer stands there always, if you pay you get that bonus :) And I advice to take it, it�s a bit more fun with 300 turns pr day at lvl 50, access to the Auction House, etc etc :)

it IS correct, if you pay after 2 hours, you will not get the bonus. the bonus is only there for direct payments after logout.

In general, if you have problems with payments, send me an email right away. that is 99% of the times the fastest way to get help! :)

So, I dont have a home phone, and I cannot use my cell to make the call to pay for w2. Im currently not home so I cannot access my internet bank, and paypal have never liked my visa card, and for some bizzare reason refuses to accept it.
What should i do? :/

give money to a friend that has a phone and do the call from his place.
send money in an envelope
send money via postgiro
but in general, paypal is the best to use! please email me at [email protected] and send me the error message you get on paypals site and i will ask them what it is.
DONT send me any visa number or such things, i never handle those for my players, every visa/mastercard payment is totaly secure over paypal.

As for the paypal error, just says invalid credit/debt card.

I think you should try and fix PayPal. It should work with a Visa card, youre probably just doing something wrong :P

This error seems limited to Internet Explorer. I was able to pay through Firefox... just cant play using mozilla.

By the 24th (last report I got from GM) there was an increase in paying members, although not huge, it was there. :) I encourage more people to start paying, its worth it ^^

mm.. this kind of campaign gives some more money right now, but over time, you loose money, and that is ofcourse not good.
But we got alot of possitive emails over this, and that is GREAT:) people love those new places that are totaly unique.. maybe we will add some more of those, and some day in the future, reuse those we have built.. if we build maybe 20 of those, they will be back every second year, and that is not to much i think:)

Yes, if you manage to have some special event like once every second month/every month, it will give a great bonus to those playing the game for long enough to start walking in the same foot steps again.
No need for it to be big events, simply variety makes players excited. ;)

The payment is now registred, it took almost 3 days but it is ok now. Everything was normal during the call, probably just a troll in the system somewhere.. :)

you can play for as long as you like for free. as it is now, you get turns every day even as a none paying member.
but if you want more turns, then you have some alternatives for free play..
one is to get alot of referals. read more about referals in the bonus section of the menu..
